Default Emails from Blackberry.net - 08-27-2007, 12:52 PM

I am continually receiving emails from BB.net telling me that: "This message is used to carry data between the BlackBerry handheld and an associated server. Please do not delete, move or respond to this message - it will be processed by the server."

Do any of you get these and if you do...what do you do about it? Any info would be awesome! Thanks!! Vicki

I think I figured it out, somehow when we moved offices (and domains) our IT reinstalled his BB Desktop and set him up with redirector. When he synced up is when the errors started. I went under his service books and deleted his desktop service books and now it works, since they messed it up they can reinstall desktop tomorrow so he can sync again

So my next question is...can I delete these messages and not suffer any consequences? Thanks for the input!

yeah delete it, i would recomend uninstalling your BB desktop software and reinstalling it selecting "BlackBerry Instant email/internet email" not the "blackberry enterprise solution." you do not want to install the redirector if your using it direct with an imap POP3 email add.
