Default I have a problem with desktop software error - 08-29-2007, 08:32 PM

I'm using desktop software 4.2 and when I finish syncing it comes up with a Microsoft error. Do you want to report it I say no and it closes the desktop software. Anyone else?

Wirelessly posted (BlackBerry 8700g: BlackBerry8700/4.2.1 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/100)

Have you tried an uninstall and reinstall of the software? Is it Desktop Manager 4.2 Service Pack 2?
