Default Syncing Outlook Calendar issues

Please Login to Remove!

I have set my sync of Outlook calendar to sync previous 365 days and next 999 days.

It frequently tries to remove entries from my Outlook Calendar to what I belive is an attempt to reduce the number of days synced.

I have to resync to prevent this from happening and to ensure that it does not erase the data from my Outlook

Any idea what could be causing this? I like to be able to have this number of days available on my BB.

By the way, this issue has occurred with all my BB units (8100, 8800 and now 8820).

I made a search on the issue and could not find any post on the same topic.

Thanks

Default

I raised the question... and I believe having found the answer, that I am posting in case someone finds this post in a search:

In the options settings on the device calendar I have set the "keep Appointments" to "Forever", allowing then my Desktop Manager settings take over the management of the time span of appointments to be kept.
