I am having a problem when ever I get an image file, when it is highlighted the option in the menu to open the attachment is not there. It is there and I can view word etc. files just not .jpg .gif files etc. I checked the size and names and no luck. I have tried sending thru BWC, my BES, no difference. Downgraded OS from 4.0.0.249 to 4.0.0.160 no change, upgraded back to 249 nothing. I have resent Service Books 5 times, no luck. BB Attachment Service is listed in apps, there is no attachment or image viewing reference in Service Books(not sure if there should be).

I am going crazy trying to fix this on a 7520 w/ Nextel.

Have you had this problem before? or is just happen now that you have upgraded/downgraded/upgraded your application software?

I honesty do not remember, I have never really tried to use it until now.
