Unhappy Disk Full?????

Please Login to Remove!

I just upgraded my Windows machine to Service Pack 2, and now when I try to synchronize my 6750 with Outlook, I get the following message:

Disk Full
There is no more disk space to write the following history file:

c:\blah\blah\intellisync\\pinnumber\workfile.tmp

This particular disk has approximately 110GB of free space so I am sure the error is a misdirection...anyone see this and resolve it?

TIA,
Max

Max,

Did you find a solution for this problem? I'm having the same issue.

Ken.

Default Disk Full?!?!

Having the same "Disk Full" problem on my work PC. The rest of the message says that there isn't enough room to write the history file (can I turn that logging off?) Another piece of this is that it happens to me after a conflict resolution screen.

It looks like I have over 4GB of space free on the drive. Doesn't make any sense.

Any thoughts?

EDIT: I also noticed that the PATH to the log file has a double'd up backslash... i.e.: "<something>\<something>\\<something else>"

Try deleting everything in your Temp directories, both system and user. Empty Recycle Bin, Reboot, try install again.

Uninstall your previous version, install the latest version of Desktop Software, and that should be it. The install has a problem and you need to reinstall it.

Good luck,
