Default SRP Identifier - Needs Unlocking??? - 06-02-2005, 02:45 AM

Hi,

I recently upgraded to BES 4 from 3.6 and after having problems with the MSDE 7 to 2000 upgrade decided to do a complete install and start again.

All was well for around 15 hours but now I am getting SRP Connection Failed messages. I suspect my SRP Identifier has become locked.

Who do I need to contact (RIM, 02, Blackberry)? Would someone be able to supply me with a contact telephone number within the UK where I can get this done?

Many thanks,
Mike

I would contact RIM. From their web site at http://www.blackberry.com/uk/contact/index.shtml

For general information inquiries, please contact:
[email address] or call +44 (0) 1784 477465.
