If I am able to setup my device to delete on mailbox and handheld, what happens to the mail in my mailbox (outlook), if my handheld is supposed to delete the mail in 30 days?

If you are on BIS, your email already in Outlook will stay right where it sits, no deletion.

Isn't reconciliation also to check your inbox to push email to your bb quicker?

I don't know. I see that as the polling function for the BIS user. Maybe it is viewed differently for the BES User
