Default DM Problem - 09-15-2007, 07:37 PM

I use the latest DM and handheld software for my device. When I try to sync, It starts the process and then quits stating "Unable to complete request." Any suggestions?

Thank you for responding. My battery was low. I am going to charge it a bit and try again.

It shut down when I tried to sync the handheld calendar entries into outlook after both calendars were read. I was able to backup through the DM if that matters.

There are a couple of common calendar errors, I think both are in this FAQ:

Thank you for the link which I will review. It seems to only be the calendar.

No. I do not have any attachments. I wonder what the refresh box does?

To add to the knowledge base, the calendar issue resolved itself when I did a refresh within the DM.
