hi,
i downloaded instant messenger for my 7290 from the tmobile website. the file was a exe. and i realized the application loader asked for alx. or ali. files.. so obviously i couldn't download the application on to my blackberry..can anybody help

its a self extracting .exe bro. Like a .zip file. Extract it and the files will be there for use with the desktop manager. Then you just add it and select the extracted files.

Its far superior to verichat which my buddy has and he bounces on/offline all day. This version doesnt seem to do that. Your BB screen name has a mobile device icon on a normal PC aim buddylist where verichat does not. I think that may be verichats issue, using another protocol not emant for mobile devices. Just rambnling now..need sleep...good luck.....peace
