Default Can't send email

Please Login to Remove!

I am having trouble sending email from my BB. Everytime I send an email, I get the check mark, but minutes letter, when I check back I have the red x. Can anyone tell me where to start.

open the mail and see what the status of the mail is thats a start it will be all the way at the top

There doesn't seem to be any definitive solution to this problem, but the common denominator appears to be a file named dbclean.exe. Try searching the forums for that term, and you should see several threads detailing what has worked for various folks. Good luck!

I had the same problem when I moved to the 7290. Try sending over the service books via the web client. If that is a no go, call your SP and they should be able to fix it in a matter of minutes. Don't sweat it.

update: RIM tech support had me manually update my encryption key 3 times in a row. it fixed the problem.

this is fixed in desktop software 4.0.1.x (sp1)
