We have a 8703e and us the RIM redirector. The issue is about 1/2 of the e-mails are sent to the handheld but never make to the outlook inbox. So, you can not reply from the handheld and there is no record in outlook. The computer is running XP Pro sp2 on an 2003 domain with exchange 2003. Does anyone know of a solution?
