Guys - I copied my SIM phonebook into my blackberry address book, and now all those numbers show up under the "work number" heading. That makes it very confusing for the people I have multiple entries for. I changed those headings in Outlook (cut them from "work" and pasted to "mobile"). After I synced it, my blackberry shows the same number under BOTH headings. I can't figure out how to remove the "work" entry and leave the "mobile" entry. I've tried the settings like "Outlook wins" in a conflict and a few of the others, but can't get it to remove the work number when I sync with Outlook. I'm really trying to avoid having to go one by one in my handheld. Thanks for your help!
