Hello there.. We have a BES 3.6 server and Exchange 2000. When we try and use a handheld to view 'Deleted Items' or 'Sent Items' we find these folders empty, even though they are not in Outlook. Is this just a limitation of the OS on the handheld? or are these folders not viewable at all... Let me know.. thank you.

even thought when you view folders it shows the full structure of your exhanges mailbox i believe the only messages that will appear are the ones that were either sent or delted by the handheld. at least that is the way it works for me...
