I recently purchased a new laptop which operates on Vista and I installed Microsoft Outlook 2007 so I could sync my 8300. My Outlook worked fine until I installed 4.2 SP2 and tried to sync it with my BB. Now, everytime I open Outlook I get a "not responding" error message. Any ideas?

Give it a few extra moments, I have Outlook 2007/ Vista Home Premuim and Desktop Manager SP 2 .... Vista Home Premuim sitting at the desktop doing nothing utilized almost 700 MB's of RAM by it self, sometime when I load my Outlook 2007 it takes a few moments for it load successfully, escpecially since I use the preview pane.

If it still don't work Hold down your Windows key and Press "R" it will bring up the run line, in the run line type "Outlook /Safe" it will load Outlook in safe mode, see how it runs in safe mode.

Also make sure you get rid of the Roxio product which may have been factory installed
