The reason that there is no yes or no definitive answer is because no one knows for sure. If you had read through any of the earlier threads (after a search) you would have realized that a lot of other people are just as worried as you appear to be but, since none of us are close enough to the actual litigation (and even those who might be will most likely shy away from commenting in a public forum), all that we can offer is speculation.

As for your language, I would step it down a notch.

everybody want to be a smart ass . i read the other posts and they are out dated. i saw this on the news yesterday 11/23 cnn and all those posts and threads are a month old. i was simply trying to revive an old topic cause the decision will be made in a couple of days. and was trying to see if anybody had any new information. cause if you guys do your search you will see that this topic is not considered "hot" anymore and it should be cause the decision will possibly affect all of us. bottom line is i was trying to get new updated factual info, not old useless opinions made by dumb smart asses. and no im not gonna let someone get smart ass on me without a smart ass reply you must be gay if you thinks thats gonna fly here.

Hey EDIGITAL40 why don't you do us all favour and give it a break for bit. If you can't conduct yourself in a civil manner an a public forum then keep the insults to yourself. If being asked to conduct a simple search gets you this heated I'd hate to see your response to a reply you don't agree with. This topic has been discussed in depth in multiple threads as mention by others hence the reason others suggested a search or went as far to provide the link itself.
