I was under the impression that John Chambers and Steve Jobs were buddies. One could surmise that either there's a prearranged deal or if I'm wrong about their relationship then there could be a genitalia measuring contest in the offing?

Blackjack is a card game or a weapon. Blackberry is a fruit.
What's next? RIM going to patent any device that starts with the word BLACK*...

There is no similarity.
And if anyone confuese the word BLACKBERRY with BLACKJACK then they must have been living in a cave for the past several years. BLACKBERRY is such a well known term...

apple feels it has the right to use "i" so way can't rim have "black"...lol

good point, and consider this

Peugeot Own The Rights To ANY vehicle Name that is three digits and the middle one being a zero.

hence why the Porsche 911 is called the 911.They Were Originally going to call it the 901 but Peugeot threatened to sue
