the problem is when i try to connect with my blackberry i've a message "uncaught exception -1<0" and when i try to add a user from the idokorro admin i've this message "Unable to add user because error LDAPxxxxxx Unkowon Error (0x80005000) and can't go further.

I've unistalled and reinstalled every thing (except the server os).

Hi!

I've let Idokorro know about your post. Emailing [email address] or calling would give a quicker answer, just so you know. However, one of the others will probably post soon, now that I've informed them...

Thanks,

These steps have fixed the problem for others who have encountered it:

To clear this error connect your BlackBerry to your Desktop and run the Blackberry Desktop Manager. Then double click "Backup and Restore", click "Advanced", click "RMS Databases" and select "Clear". This will erase all the Mobile Admin settings stored on your device.

Just to be sure, the settings for your other third party software may be cleared as well (i.e. VeriChat), if you have any others. But this should solve your problem. Just make sure you have all the configuration information handy if you have other third party applications.

Thanks,
