Simply click ! and send us the debug logs, this will enable us to determine what the problem is.

Also for faster service please contact our support team directly at [email address] .

Thanks for sending us your logs. Our support team has determined that the problem is caused by using a BIS connection with a Citrix Server located behind your firewall, and your Citrix server is incorrectly sending the client a private IP address. We will look into this issue and determine if there is a change we can make to the software in order to retreive the correct external IP address. Our support team will contact you once we have determined a solution.

As well it appears that you are connecting to your server using Citrix Secure Gateway, we do not support Secure Gateway connections yet since most users connect using a BES server, but we plan on supporting it in our next release, hopefully available in the next few months.

Question 04-18-2007, 05:26 PM

We have a BlackBerry Enterprise Server now.
In the Idokorro Site, say how to configure MDS for BES to work with Idokorro Client.

Idokorro Mobile Citrix Client

There talk about BlackBerry Enterprise Server 4.0, and how make sure that the MDS Service is enabled and started for each Mobile Citrix Client user.

Our BES is 4.1.3.18 for Exchange 2003.

And in this version the option are difrentent that 4.0 (how say in the Idokorro Support site). For example: The opcion Disable Mobile Data Service, not exist.

My cuestion is....

The BES 4.13.18 or 4.1.x is supported by Idokorro?
are there any experience with this version of BES?

Another cuestion is:

What i have to set in the MDS Service to work with Citrix Presentation Server 4.0

And finally cuestion is:

How can i remove the Idokorro client from de Black Berry

I gues, you can resolve mas cuiestion.

Thanks.
