Default Suggestions for SSH Telnet - 06-30-2007, 08:49 PM

I just upgraded to the newest version of the SSH Telnet product. I use it all the time and use the 5250 emulation to check on the dozen or so iSeries in our shop.

It is a great product, but I was disappointed to see that the following 2 features are not part of the product.

1. Auto login is not allowed for 5250 emulation. It would be nice, at the session level (to allow for different credentials for different servers) to store the iSeries user name and password.

2. Macros. It would be nice to store a list of commonly used commands into a macro list and be able to execute them with a wheel click.

Otherwise, great product..... thank you.

Having a blatant moment of absent-mindedness here... Can you provide a link to this software? Is it the best SSH solution you have found for BB?
