how does one remove a black box on the image? he could put any logo he wants there.

They have a pretty good record so I dont think they would fake a name on a new device.

it is a very nice device and they are usually very accurate, if it goes to rogers before ATT/Tmo i know ill be getting one

rogers uses the same 3g bands that at&t uses correct? Too bad, I will buy one anyway of course. But what I really want is an AWS version on T-Mobile.

generally if AT&T or Tmo releases a device, Rogers picks it up as well. *Hopefully* it works the opposite way as well and AT&T and/or Tmo will pick up what Rogers releases.
