also http://www.blackberry.com/ down, been trying for 10 minutes now and both are down, new launch coming soon?

Is the blackberry network up and running though? I am in the middle of a 4.1.5 update and am failing at testing the SRP connection to srp.us.blackberry.net

I cannot log on to the portion of my provider's website which enables me to create/delete email accounts... really making me upset. was in the middle of troubleshooting...

Called RIM, they are having DNS problems. SRP server IP in the post above if you need it to get your SRP connection going again.
