I have heard a few rumors that BES 5 will have web based administration. Anyone know anything about this?

Well, it was announced last year at WES with static screen demos. It has since been announced in various CWTE seminars that it would. Do a search on here and you'll find screenshots of the interface, information, etc. It is public knowledge, though.
