Default Niagara and Streaming Audio - 04-07-2009, 08:08 PM

Does anyone know if the upcoming Verizon Niagara will finally have the capability of streaming audio like the ATT devices do?

What do you mean streaming audio? You mean like Slacker, Pandora, iheartradio? You can do that on Verizon devices already.

Is this only carrier specific?
XM Radio Mobile on BlackBerry®

It says at&t and Alltel, so maybe there is hope for VZW users. I doubt it though as VZW wants people to stream from VCast.

I used the first version of XM on my VZW 8830 rather easily.

Seems to be worth a shot for those who want to give it a shot.

I'm not big on paying for a radio when I get it for free via Slacker.. Besides more then half of my 8GB card is full of music/podcasts lol.
