Default patent lawsuit leaves us out of service? - 11-13-2005, 08:49 AM

anyone know that our rights are if the lawsuit over the patent issue causes BB to shut down services to us?

I just purchased a 7100g...and if I get my data services shut down...Cingular can forget about me paying my bill!!!!
