Indeed, unless you were somehow running beta hardware or software that needed a new desktop manager, I don't know why anyone would go near it.

I've had DM 5.0 running for some time now, and the biggest difference is the BIG difference in the sync time. We're talking seconds to sync, rather than minutes.

Otherwise, not much difference.

I had a minor issue with the earlier DM 5.0 Beta which affected the javaloader...among other things I cannot mention. But this new DM 5.0 beta seems to be working just great.
