Default Next Onyx like device for Sprint and Verizon? - 10-12-2009, 05:39 AM

What is going to follow the Tour? I am loving my Tour but I see that it has been talked about for a while now, and actually out for a minute too. What is going to be the new hot thing for us? Tour 2?

Wirelessly posted (Lets Go Canes!)

8530 will be the closest. Check it out. There are several threads on it. Good luck

I am really hoping for a variant of Onyx on Verizon. Because I have heard the trackpad is awesome!

i played around with a friends curve on TMO with the trackpad i think the track pad is a BIG advance for all BB units its smoother and it takes simply wiping off with electronic cleaner and BOOM like new no alcohol and removing the trackball....im interested more in seeing verizon and sprint get more phones with WIFI and touch-ability though

i have a storm i LOVE it ive always had problems with all my phones and this has had the least REAL phone problems the problem is it has less features than alot of the phones out there

IMO: Storm/tour hybrid. trackpad with Larger touchscreen and a Slide out Sideways Qwerty. Run the basic numbers across the bottom of the screen without taking up alot of space.....itd be the best out there id shell out list price on the day to have it too

I was thinking something like an 8930 (Aries), basically an 8900 on EV-DO.

Beyond that, a Tour variant with Wifi.

If I'm not mistaken, isn't the Tour 2 already being tested?

WiFi + trackpad

The 8530 is the Aries (CDMA 8520 gemini)
There isnt going to be a 8930.
