Default Blackberrys at AT&T - "Out of Stock"

Please Login to Remove!

When I looked at the Blackberry screen on the AT&T website I saw that of the seven BB models listed, four of them show as "out of stock"... including the 9700. Is this just alot of sales before school started. Most kids want Droid-based phones or iPhones, not Blackberrys. Could this be a sign that new models are coming sooner than we have previously thought?... September instead of October for example.

Nothing coming that soon... unless it is the upgraded 9780 version of the 9700. I've been in about six ATT retail stores the last past two weeks and nothing is out of stock there.

Out of stock is just that. Try not to read too much into it. When more arrive they will be in stock again. Visit ATT often and you will see the out of stock banner move from phone to phone. Apparently they use the OHIO method of inventory: Oh Hell, I'm Out.
