|It would be a poor choice for RIM to do this without making it a charge if that were the case, one of the main reason why people go with blackberry is because of the BBm and if that was offered for free on every platform them you would see less and less Blackberry users, besides from a business stand point where they can control the phones Via the BES.

Either way I will be a Blackberry user for a long time, I like the security, the ease of creating a back up, and the fact of the communications for the blackberry is fast and you can confirm when your messages have been read especially with bbm. makes it worth it for me
