Default See what we have created? "Blogger spills the beans on RIM's latest toy"

Please Login to Remove!

Obviously it's forums like this that are the engine for rumours and information that filters up to higher level forums like Engadget, then eventually, major news outlets..

so the Globe and Mail has profiled Boy Genius and the leaks of rim information, and correlated (correctly) that RIM's recent stock surge is directly proporational to these leaks. =)

Now we all knew this weeks ago, as places like this is where it all begins..

globeandmail.com : Blogger spills the beans on RIM's latest toy

So, how does it feel? BoyGenius was the first and took the lead on leaking the information, but if he didn't do it, someone else would have..

Discuss.

Bring it on, BG is the man. If others out there had his connections, we'd all do the same...who doesn't want to be the first to have it all? ;)

When I received my 8100, you bet your ass I was rockin' it 3 weeks before T-Mobile even releases it!

They tell me them? I don't think there is any company that wants information leaked, did you see the blackberrycool article that said the trackball I leaked was not even in emulators at that time because of the amount of security concerning it?

BG, you have no idea how much curiosity is killing me to know how you manage to find out these things (and how you haven't gotten in trouble for it), but I'm sure you can't even begin to say.

C'mon on enthusiats, who cares how BG does what he does...he does it WELL and it benefits all of us! Let him take care of business and continue to keep us in the loop.

Don't ask so many questions about such a good thing!

and did you hear that the Co-CEO's both made about $200mil for the stock increase due to the 8100 leak. It was on BBHub.

Think BG did them a big favor

Sorry pal. Check the stock price history. Also, you can't just 'sell' your RIM options, they are tiered (there is an agreement which forces you to sell on a schedule)

The stock might be high (and good for it) but it is still vulnerable to much uncertanty. RIM has to back up that stock price with continued growth if it is to maintain that price (in the least) =)
