Nokia is about to release a folding Bluetooth external keyboard, for the new Nokia 6670 cellphone:

Also keep an eye on my correspondence with RIM and ThinkOutside to get them to talk to each other about Bluetooth keyboard support for Blueteooth Blackberries (click here) -- all that is needed is a software driver!
