You have to make sure you use the Blackberry Browser and not the Media Net browser when using the URL for the OTA patch. This same thing happened to me too.

Yes, I have done a hard reset about 3 times, the latest one was this morning and I have yet to get that error message after about 5 incoming calls. Perhaps a fluke that has rectified itself?
