I had a similar issue where I wasn't getting...

I had a similar issue where I wasn't getting texts. I got the service settings changed and took the battery out for 5 minutes as by their advice.

Have had no issues since.

If I try to sync from Outlook then the program just acts as though nothing is in Outlook, if I try to do Switch device I get stuck on a page...
