it is usually down to the versions of CDO.dll...

it is usually down to the versions of CDO.dll between the BES and Exchange server.

I had this myself, ensured that I had the exchange setup on the bes service packed to the same as the exchange...

I have had this issue many times on many devices....

I have had this issue many times on many devices.

It all came down to a mismatched CDO.dll between the exchange server and the BES server.

have you checked to make sure that these DLL's match...

If the devices are using push email through OWA, there should be a seperate device administration website on your exchange server.

you can then go onto this and essentially wipe the devices...
