All,

We had a problem with our Blackberry servers yesterday afternoon. On both servers (BES 3.6 and BES 4.0) all users had a "last contact time" of more then 2 hours.
The only way to solve this...

Guys,

I am getting a lot of errors like this on my BES4 server:

Faulting application CalHelper.exe, version 4.0.1.13, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 5.2.3790.0, fault address 0x00007931.

I had the same problem a while ago with 4-5...

I had the same problem a while ago with 4-5 Blackberries.
I called the O2 service desk and they told me that installing the firmware would fix the problem. I wasn't quite sure about this, but funny...
