i had the same problem.

My problem was i had just switched out the user to a new laptop and they had all the outlook info cached. I made a new .OST file and that fixed the problem.

i am running BES 4.1.6 windows 2k3 sp2

i just recently updated our server from 4.0 to 4.1- i got everything up and running but now i can't add a new user? the user is showing in the legacy manager...
