I agree with Midnightdraven. Syncing is significantly faster. Going to try to see if syncing via bluetooth will work. I could never get it to work fully before.

I use BestSkinsEver on my 8330 and it fits perfectly in the BB dock. At first it seemed a little snug, but after about inserting/removing about 5 times, it fits fine.

I use BestSkinsEver and my 8330 still fits in the holster. I highly recommend it. I used it on my previous 8700g and that skin lasted forever.
