i wish someone would make a hybrid OS with the radio stuff from the .75 into a new OS. i have tried to figure out how to do it but just find myself in treacherous frustration

I regularly backed up my blackberry 8100 pearl before i lost it, I would like to get all my passwords back from the phone. Do the passwords get backed up when i back up the phone with the desktop...

Ok so i have struggled reconfiguring my modem with the newer versions of the desktop manager. I have been able to acknowledge the modem is there. when i run a diagnostic this is pulled up:

So i am recognizing the com ports exist however my driver files will not allow me to configure it. I need the file "RimSerial.inf" mine was broken down by t mobile to stop me from doing this.

I found my rim ports to be com 3 and 4 but when i go to configure them as modem i am given no option to make them my modem. I found the driver in the rim folder but it wont work. Any suggestions. ...
