I had similar issues with that before... I would ask them to replace the phone (worked for me). I HIGHLY doubt its the network itself as I'm on tmobile along with several others I know with the same...

Sounds like you'd have to do a clean wipe with the JL commander software found on this forum. Should wipe it and allow you to install your software again. :)

Some said its 1.0.94 however I have 4.2.1.. is that new?

I tried installing it and it also said my phone is not capable to run the newest...

No you don't. I've never had to hit refresh on...

No you don't. I've never had to hit refresh on the Gmail client. It is sometimes delayed by a minute from the regular one, but it auto-refreshes.

I don't see why the blackberry shouldn't be as easy to use as any other phone. What does age have to do with it? I use it as it has all the functions I mainly use on my desktop/laptop without me...
