I am having a problem on my phone when I receive a phone call all it does is come up and the red light flashes but no sound comes out. Also, when I put it on vibrate it won't vibrate on a phone call...

go to options, then status and get her PIN...

go to options, then status and get her PIN number. Then edit her contact with the pin number and it will allow you to send a request.
