reboot worked for one thing not other

I did the reboot and now have the "spelling" option but when it asks to go out to google I then get a "tunnel" error message. Thanks for helping

7100g piece fell off

The piece of silver looking metal that goes across the top of the phone fell off. It was just glued on. Did this happen to any one else? If yes any idea how to get a new piece? Thanks
