set IT policy for wifi only web access

Hi, running BES pro 4.1.4.15 with mix of 8100's and 9000's. 9000 is a Telstra v4.6.0.144. Want to allow web access on WiFi only and disallow web access on 3G. Can I set and IT policy to do this?

HI All

I've been able to figure out most BB issues so far, but this ones got me stumped, BES has been running happily for 6 months until yesterday. Now it doesn't push any emails out at all.
