There are other reasons to try to keep the sound on the camera....

One big one would be to try to keep retail/restaurant workers from snapping a pic of your credit card without you knowing........

Thanks for the suggestion. I will have to try that. I do a backup about once a week but have never actually used one to restore my BB so this might be time to do it just to know how anyway.....

Great tip.... and it also keeps loading the web page in the background. If you are not using wifi and a page is taking a while to load, you can press the Hang Up key and do something else and come...
