Yes, you can see all of the same stats using the Blackberry Manager console, but for helpdesk users, etc....it can be useful. Using this you dont have to load the blackberry manager onto their pc's...

yeah, i will throw them in there. I'm not sure how the BES manager gets its "last contact time" because that column in the database is null. I will look into it.
