I think what you have listed is good. I have one more suggestion that many of is have tried to find before. A lot of us are using voice over IP phones and the voicemail messages come into your inbox...

Ok I got a 7100V from Germany Vodaphone. Cingular SIM works and 7100V is not locked. But it is in German and I cannot tell how to get it in English. Someone from Germany help?
