What do you mean unique to the OS. Unique to the OS of other blackberry devices and not the bold 9700 , because i have the option on other devices and not on the new bold 9700 fully updated.

How can i enable the option to show my recent typed contacts (email addresses) while composing a new email message on the bold 9700.

I've installed the latest update, but still the option is not...

Problem solved, had nothing to do with de cdo.dll...

Problem solved, had nothing to do with de cdo.dll and mapi32.dll, there was no version conflict with exchange. I changed the SRP identifier and had to reboot the services.

cdo.dll version 6.5.7974.0 on BES.

cdo.dll version 6.5.7638.2 on exchange 2003 sp2. I can't find an update
for exchange 2003 sp2 with a cdo.dll version the same as BES.

is this an exchange...

We are using BES 4.1 for exchange 2003(sp2) on a different server.

Everything seems to work fine:
Email sync (reconcilation).
Address Book
Notes
Calendar (bidirectional)
