I have not installed the new device software because I learned after calling both T-Mobile and Blackberry that even if I did a backup/restore, it would only backup DATA but NOT the 3rd party apps....

Worked for me too but took a really long time to restart...longer than usual. Screen stayed white with an hourglass for many minutes before finally starting up. I thought I broke it!

I have the exact same problem except mine is stuck at 2X zoom. The "minus" sign (-) that normally appears below the virtual trackball shows for a second when the camera starts but then disappears....
