You should be able to export the list to a file, build it out on the server and push to the devices. We did it a while back but cannot remember exactly how we did it.

We were using 8.0.2 hp1 and having issues with semiphores. We just upgraded gw to 8.0.2 hp2 over the weekend. I am wondering if this will make a difference.
