I GOT IT. I went to the AppLoader directory on my pc and executed from there and it picked it up and installed the OS from there.

I was trying to wipe the IT policy so my wife could use it. I have the OS on my pc but when I try to run the app loader it tells me it can't detect the device.

I wiped my BB Pearl 8100 using the JL_CMDER. Now the device won't connect to the Destop Manager. I see BlackBerry pop up when I plug it into the pc. Any ideas on what I can do to get the OS back on...
