I have just upgraded from 4.1. to 4.11. i have now getting major errors from my blackberry router about 5 per hour causing mailbox scans and slow delivery of mail.

we just upraded server from 3.6 3 to 4.1 and now i have users that their activation is crawling. some people have stalled out at 11% some stalled at 97% any ideas. My server is also getting hammered...

yeah but i do not want to disrupt users and want to migrate them 3 or 4 at a time.. we have had issues with scanning large mailboxes hanging our server. This is why i am taking that approach.....
