I liked it better when all devices came through me, I set them up, restricted them and shipped them out....never had this drama!

She has a 9000. I questioned her saying it is 4.7, since the BES shows differently. BES shows 4.6.0.167.

Unfortunately she is across the country from me, so I can't look at the device myself.......

Now she says she can't see the folders any longer, just the basic email ones. She states she recently upgraded...

Luckily, we have a team that does the security, and most of it is automated through AD.

He wasn't using his own account to get on the BES, he was using an older service account.

You'd think...

Correct...he is still employed (for now). He did one thing right though, he showed us that there is an old account that had flown under the radar. It has now been removed.

Turns out he didn't have a local admin installed....

Turns out he didn't have a local admin installed. He had found a way around security to the main admin client we use on another server.

He went to a lot of trouble to do this.
